The nice Amefa Chuletero steak knives are elegant knives. This stylish model made from high gloss steel will look amazing on any table. The blade is enhanced with an extra-fine serration. With it you cut meat instead of tearing it. The micro-serration also retains its sharpness longer than knives with a smooth edge. Steak knives made from 18/0 stainless steel The knives are made from 18/0 steel. The name refers to the percentage of steel and nickel. In this case it concerns 18% steel and 0% nickel. Because of this composition the knives is highly resistant to corrosion. Yes, this is stainless steel. As such the knives are dishwasher proof. Do you, however, want to make sure they will stay in great shape for a long time? If so, wash them by hand! This will maintain the gloss and the blade wont be damaged because it comes in contact other hard objects. If you do want to put the knives in the dishwasher, make sure you avoid aggressive detergents. These can damage the knives. We also recommend using a program with a temperature of 40˚C or less.
